Help & FAQ
Device fit and how designs render
- Will this case fit my phone?
- Every case is made for one exact model, so we only show a design on a product when that combination is printable. If a design isn't offered for your device, it's because we can't make it well — not a stock gap.
- Which device do I have?
- On an iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Name. On Android: Settings → About phone → Model. Pick the exact name in the device chooser; "Pro" and "Pro Max" are different cases.
- Is the picture what I'll get?
- The preview is the real artwork cropped and scaled to your device's shape. Camera cut-outs, curved edges and button positions follow the model you chose. Colours on screen are a guide; print colours can differ slightly between batches.
- What is the difference between the case types?
- Each product page describes its type — hybrid, hard, wallet, and the MagSafe-compatible finishes. Prices differ by type and are shown before you add anything to your bag.
Delivery
Cases are printed to order and posted from the hub that serves your address. We never quote one delivery promise for every country — the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
- Where do US orders ship from?
- From our Florida hub, by a tracked domestic service. The dispatch and delivery estimate for your ZIP code is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are shown without sales tax; tax for your state is added at checkout.
- What does US delivery cost?
- Free on orders of $25 or more — which every case is. Under $25 (an accessory on its own) it is a flat $5.95, so adding a second item is usually cheaper than paying the fee.
- Where do UK orders ship from?
- From our UK hub, by a tracked Royal Mail or courier service. The dispatch and delivery estimate for your postcode is shown at checkout before you pay. UK prices include VAT.
- What does UK delivery cost?
- Free on orders of £20 or more — which every case is. Under £20 it is a flat £2.75.
- Do you ship to the EU?
- Yes — to Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, from our UK hub, €8.95 per order. Prices are shown in euros with VAT included and the parcel is delivered duty paid under our local VAT registrations, so nothing further is due on delivery: the courier will not ask you for an import charge. Pick your country in the shipping selector so checkout quotes the right address.
- What does EU delivery cost?
- A flat €8.95 per order, the same for all five countries we ship to, however many items you buy. EU delivery is never free — the import handling is charged per order, so we show the fee rather than hide it in the price.
- Do you ship to other countries?
- Not yet. This store currently ships to US, UK, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch addresses only — the rest of the EU, Switzerland, Norway and the rest of the world are not covered yet. If your address is elsewhere, checkout will say so rather than take a payment we can't fulfil.
- How do I track my order?
- Your dispatch e-mail carries the tracking link. If it hasn't arrived after the estimate shown at checkout, send us your order number below.
Returns and refunds
- Something arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
- Tell us within a few days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We replace or refund — you don't pay to send a faulty item back.
- I changed my mind.
- Cases are printed to order for your exact device, so please check the device and design before you pay. If you still want to return an unused case, open a ticket below and we'll explain the options for your market.
- Where do US returns go?
- Back to our Florida hub. We send the return address and a reference when we accept the return — please don't post anything before then.
- Where do UK returns go?
- Back to our UK hub. We send the return address and a reference when we accept the return. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by anything on this page.
- When will I see the refund?
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid, once the return is checked in. Card issuers can take several working days to show it.
Payment
- Which payment methods do you take?
- Checkout is hosted by Shopify. It takes major credit and debit cards, and offers Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device and browser support them.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- The currency of the market you're shopping in: US dollars for the United States (tax added at checkout), pounds sterling for the United Kingdom (VAT included). The price you see on the site is the price on the checkout line; if they ever differ, the bag stops and tells you before you pay.
- Can I use a discount code?
- Yes — enter it in the bag or at checkout. If a code isn't recognised, has been used up, or isn't valid for your bag or market, the bag says which.
Checkout — what happens when you press the button
Your bag lives in your browser. When you press Checkout, we create a cart with Shopify carrying exactly your lines — design, product type, device and any style — check that every line and price still match what you saw, and then take you to Shopify's secure checkout page. If any check fails, the bag stays put and shows one of the messages below instead of sending you on.
- "These can't be checked out right now"
- One or more lines didn't come back from Shopify the way we sent them. Nothing was charged. Remove the marked line or try again in a minute; if it keeps happening, send us the item and device below.
- That item can't be sold to the market you're shopping in (for example a UK-only product with a US address). Switch market in the bag, or remove the line.
- "Out of stock"
- Rare, because cases are printed to order — usually a temporary hold on a case type. Try again later or choose another type.
- "The price has gone up"
- The checkout price is higher than the price the site showed. We never send you on silently: confirm the new price or remove the line. If you think the site was right, tell us below.
- "The price has gone down"
- Good news — the checkout price is lower than shown. We proceed and note it in the bag.
- "Currency mismatch"
- The checkout currency isn't the one for your market. The bag stops so you're not charged in a currency you didn't expect; switch market and try again.
- "Checkout is unavailable right now"
- Shopify didn't answer. Your bag is saved in your browser — try again in a few minutes.
- "Too many requests"
- Shopify asked us to slow down. Wait a moment and press Checkout again.
- "Your cart expired"
- Shopify carts expire about 25 days after they're created. Your bag is still here; pressing Checkout again creates a fresh cart.
- "Checkout is paused for a moment — your bag is saved"
- Our price and availability list is missing or older than we allow, so nothing is buyable until it's refreshed. This is on us, not you; it normally clears within the day.
- "Checkout isn't switched on yet"
- This copy of the store isn't connected to a checkout. You can still build a bag; nothing is charged.
- Why did Shopify's page ask about cookies?
- Checkout runs on Shopify's domain, which shows its own cookie notice to UK and EU visitors. Your choice on this site doesn't carry across that boundary; Shopify's notice governs its page.
- I started checkout and came back — where is my bag?
- Still here. If the order went through, the bag clears the next time you open it; if you abandoned checkout, the bag shows a note and a one-click "Clear bag".
